I would say that Indianapolis just isn't terrible, nevertheless there are much better places through the entire state. The super conceded might have fishers, Carmel, the outlaying suburbs, marion County in general looks rather tough with a lot of petty crime.They billed my card twice so I sense They are really theives and will tell Everybody travel
